• Rent review negotiation and arbitration.
• An interesting twist arose as the CrossRail authority notified its intention to compulsorily acquire part of the premises. It was successfully argued that potential loss of amenity affected the rental value.

Greenock

• Investment purchase of two modern office buildings let to Scottish Enterprise 

• Rent reviews successfully taken to Independent Expert and increases achieved.

• Acting for a pension scheme, we appointed a sub-agent to work alongside us providing a first hand witness statement in respect of the key comparable letting in the town. The tenant had refused to offer any increase on review. Our appeal to Independent Expert was successful in achieving an increase
